That the appeal may kindly be allowed and the impugned order and judgment dated 25.04.2024 passed by the Hon’ble Single Bench of this Hon’ble Court in CWP No. 3336 of 2024 may kindly be quashed and set aside and the writ petition may kindly be dismissed. ii. The records of the case may kindly be called for. iii. The cost may also be awarded in favour of the appellant. iv. Any other order and or directions which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed and justice be done. 2. The appeal was taken up for consideration. Learned 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Senior counsel for the appellant has drawn the attention of the Court to the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in LPA No. 109 of 2024, titled State of HP and another vs. Roshan Lal Khajuria and another, dated 22.05.2025 and has submitted that in light of the finding returned in the said judgment the judgments of the learned Single Judges have been set aside and the writs have been restored to be heard along with CWP No. 2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram vs. HRTC and others. 3. In light of the said judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench this appeal is also allowed. The judgment passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP No. 3336 of 2024, titled Rajender Kumar Upadhyay vs. H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd., is set aside, the writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number and is further ordered to be heard along with CWP No. 2108 of 2023, titled Bhagat Ram vs. HRTC and others. 4.
