The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 7768 of 2022 (Amar Singh vs. State of U.P. through Secretary Home Govt. of U.P.). 4. This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Amar Singh, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Sessions Trial No. 174 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No.331 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at Police Station Allahganj, District Shahjahanpur. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per his instructions the applicant has died while being in jail. He submits the present bail application be dismissed as not pressed. 6.
