At this stage, Mr. Tekchandani, Advocate would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer a duly constituted appeal before the appellate authority. As in the year 2019, appellate authority was not appointed; therefore, this petition was preferred and interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner. According to Mr. Pillai, at present, Central Government Industrial Tribunal is functioning. 4. Taking into consideration the above-discussed facts, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer a duly constituted appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days along with an application for grant of stay and the appellate authority is directed to decide the application for grant of stay within further period of 30 days. 5.
