The learned Sessions Judge, Guntur, dismissed the Tr.Crl.M.P.No.137 of 2010, which was filed for the transfer of C.C. No. 168 of 2 Dr. YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.905 of 2010 Dated 28.03.2025 2007, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Guntur, to any other Court in Guntur for disposal in accordance with law. 2. It is represented that Sri K.V.R. Krishna Sharma, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, is no more. 3. As seen from the E-Courts of Guntur District, C.C.No.168 of 2007 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Guntur, was ended in conviction. 4. In view of the conviction of the accused in C.C.No.168 of 2007, the revision has become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
