Order 06/01/2025 Heard. By way of this appeal under Section 14(A) (2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the appellant-complainant has approached this Court challenging the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Court, Baran in Misc.
[2025:RJ-JP:4402] (2 of 2) [CRLAS-29/2024] Criminal Case No.346/2023 whereby bail has been granted to the respondent Nos.2 to 5. The appellant-complainant has sought for cancellation of bail in this appeal. Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by both the parties and after going through the order under challenge as well as the FIR, I am of the firm opinion that the impugned
order does not suffer from any infirmity whatsoever so as to call for interference therein. The respondent Nos.2 to 5 were granted bail on merits by the learned trial court after examining the matter. Thus, the criminal appeal is dismissed as being devoid of merit.
