The above writ petition has been filed to declare the action of respondent authorities in interfering with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment of the property of an extent of Ac.1.10 cents in Sy.Nos.327/2 & 327/10 of Pidingoyyi Village, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. An interim order was granted on 27.10.2023, restraining the respondent No.7 not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession of the property and the same was extended on 24.11.2023 for six weeks. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Smt. D. Vasavi Ratna Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that no further adjudication is required in the writ petition.
