JUSTICE DEEPAK ROSHAN ----------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Bhanu Kumar, Advocate For the Respondents : Ms. Sweta Shukla, AC to AAG-II Mr. Pratyush Kumar, Advocate Ms. Richa Sanchita, Advocate ------------ 04/ 05.05.2025 The instant writ application has been preferred for following reliefs: (a) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent no. 3 for payment arrears of difference of pension on account of revision of Pension by Accountant General Office, Jharkhand of the petitioner on account of 7th PRC w.e.f. 01.04.2017; (b) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction(s) or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondent no. 3 to pay the statutory interest upon the amount of arrears of Pension from the date of entitlement i.e. 01.04.2017 till the date of payment of amount; 2. Initially the grievance of the petitioner was that he was not getting the revised pension. However, a supplementary counter-affidavit has been 2025:JHHC:13594 2 filed by the respondent-Bank annexing the statement indicating that the revised pension is being credited in the account of Petitioner. 3. Pursuant to the said affidavit, learned counsel sought instruction from his client and submits that perhaps there is some calculation error with regard to the amount, for that he may be granted liberty to approach the concerned respondent/competent authority for redressal of his grievance, if any. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the instant application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if at all there is any discrepancy with regard to calculation/ payment, he may approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. 5.
