To issue Writ of mandamus or Writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondents to implement the award dated 07.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 12.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) in favour of the petitioners. ii. To issue Writ of mandamus or Writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondents no.2 to release the amount of compensation deposited in the name of late Soba Singh son of Sh. Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, this Court is of the considered view that this petition is misconceived. The course open for the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Land Acquisition Collector for implementation of his order and the High Court is not to be relegated to the level of the Executing Court of the orders passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. 3. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority/Forum concerned. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
