Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the petitioner has been black listed for the grant of information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 and a life time ban has been imposed, which is arbitrary and illegal. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similar issue came up for consideration before this Court in CWP No.17203-2020 titled as Jaspreet Singh vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 25.03.2025 wherein, life time ban has been taken off but on certain conditions and the petitioner undertakes to comply with the said conditions imposed by this Court in order to seek the information. 3. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has undertaken to comply with the conditions as imposed while deciding Jaspreet Singh’s case (supra), the present writ petition is also disposed of in same terms.
