P. -------- 03/ Dated 15.10.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023, S.T. Case No.761 of 2023, for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 read with Section 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Shri Anand Prakash, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi. On 05.07.2023, brother of the informant was shot dead by unknown persons. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Anand Prakash, learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-III, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S.
