1. The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:-

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court.
3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw this petition with a liberty to take recourse to law.
