The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 489/2024 arising out of Mahuda P.S. Case No. 28/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-IV, Dhanbad. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 7856/2024 by order dated 10.12.2024. 4. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant by Sickle due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected once again. 6.
