Dhaulta, Additional Advocate General. Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Notice. Mr. Y.P.S. Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Peon/Chowkidar at Government Senior Secondary School Kumaharka, Tehsil & District Chamba statedly a rural area. Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has now completed almost five years of service at the aforesaid station. In view of his family circumstances, the petitioner had preferred a representation on 10.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents/competent authority seeking transfer, however, the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Learned proxy counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, he is permitted to make a fresh representation for the redressal of his grievances to the respondents/competent authority, whereafter, the said respondent/competent authority be directed to decide the representation to be made by him within time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents/competent authority, within a period of two weeks from today, whereafter, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks.
