Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings, including the order dated 11.12.2024, of Session Trial No. 1246 of 2021 (Aarti Devi Vs. Ram Prakash and Others), under Sections - 392, 323, 354, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Bilhaur, District- Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of IIIrd Additional Session Judge/ Special Judge (Dacoity Affected Area), Kanpur Dehat. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel counsel for the applicants submits that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicants are willing to appear before the Court concerned and a direction may be issued to decide the bail application expeditiously in accordance with law. 5. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicants appear / surrender before the Court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail applications shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. For a period of three weeks from today or till the applicants appear / surrender before the court below, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case 6.
