The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024(N), corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.2 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)c/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-cum- Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. On 05.07.2024, Nagri police on the basis of confidential information apprehended this petitioner and on search, 206 Kgs. of cannabis were recovered from his possession. Considering the fact that commercial quantity of cannabis was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
