By way of the present petition, the petitioner is praying for the following 2 reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 4 to conclude the pending proceeding of Revenue Case No. 201701091200042/8 year 2016-17 within stipulated time. 10.2 That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to conclude the aforesaid proceeding of Tahsildar and made correction in the revenue record and map of the land of the petitioners. 10.3 Any other relief, which may deem fit, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to respondent no. 4 to decide the pending proceeding of Revenue Case No. 201701091200042/8 year 2016-17 within stipulated time. 3. Learned Counsel for the respondents raises no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that respondent no. 4 shall conclude the pending proceeding of Revenue Case No. 201701091200042/8 year 2016-17 expeditiously as soon as possible after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to respondent no. 5 and all other affected and concerned parties. 6.
