Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that in view of the civil disputes pending between the parties in OS No.93 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram and in the light of the interim order granted by this Court on 26.07.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 at the time of admission, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this writ petition. 3 4. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The impugned Proceedings dated 19.01.2018 issued by respondent No.5 are hereby set aside. No order as to costs.
