This is an application under section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail in respect of Kharupetia P.S Case No.137/2025. 3. The petitioner Avijit Saha @ Munna Saha was granted interim bail by this Court on Page No.# 2/2 20.02.2026. Pursuant to the interim order dated 20.02.2026, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has been cooperating with the investigation. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. Since the petitioner has been cooperating with the Investigating Officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. For the aforesaid reason, this bail application is allowed. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner Avijit Saha @ Munna Saha by this Court on 20.02.2026 is hereby made absolute. 7.
