The petitioner has challenged her transfer order dated 05.06.2025 whereby the petitioner who is working as Teacher (LB) Science, has been transferred from Govt. Middle School, Dharsiva to Govt. Middle School, Nariyara, Arang vide transfer order dated 05.06.2025 under the rationalization instructions dated 02.08.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 17.06.2025, when the petitioner has gone to her transferred place of posting at Naryara, the Head Master of the School has informed that there is no vacant post available at Govt. Middle School, Naryara, Arang then the petitioner had made her representation on the same day i.e. 17.06.2025 to the authorities concerned, which has not been decided till date, therefore, the petitioner is very difficult situation with respect to her service tenure and has filed the present writ petition. 3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been considered today itself by the committee and they have recommended and forwarded the proposal for cancellation of the transfer order dated 05.06.2025 and very soon the order would be passed. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if such order has been passed in favour of the petitioner, shall the petitioner will not have any grivance in the present writ petition and the present writ petition may be disposed of reserving the liberty to revive the same if occasion so 3 arises. 5. On the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage on the basis of submissions made by learned counsel for the Respondent, reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioner to revive the same if occasion so arises.
