By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following substantial reliefs: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 3 to grant same seniority and salary to the petitioner as other candidates who were appointed on 31.03.2025 are getting." 2. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has represented the matter to the respondent no. 3 on 10.02.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation of petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 10.02.2025, strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order. 5.
