The petitioner was working as Lecturer, Mathematics at Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Chhattisgarh with effect KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.02.27 18:38:31 +0530 from 29.07.2006 and resigned from the service on 31.08.2018. The petitioner was not granted salary for seven months and remuneration for valuation of answer sheet for theoretical and practical examination to the tune of Rs. 36845/- therefore, she has filed the present petition 2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that she will approach the controlling authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act for grant of arrears, however, she may be allowed to file representation to the respondent No. 1 for payment of her unpaid salary. 3. Be that as it may, if the petitioner approaches to the respondents No. 1 & 3 for payment of unpaid salary within 30 days from today, the respondents No. 1 & 3 shall consider the application and decide the representation with regard to unpaid salary, in accordance with law within a period of 30 days, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court depending upon the outcome of her representation and order of the Controlling Authority or Appellate Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. 4.
