1. Heard on I.A. No.2/2025, application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, a new one time settlement scheme has been proposed by the State, therefore, petitioner wants to avail aforesaid alternative remedy. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to approach respondents, under the settlement scheme.
3. State counsel has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. On due consideration, I.A. No.2/2025 is allowed and petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with the aforesaid liberty. Sd/-
