CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 217 of 2025
JUDGMENT: This civil revision petition has been filed by the husband challenging the
Order of maintenance granted by the learned XIV Additional District Judge- cum-Judge, Additional Family Court, Vijayawada, vide Order dated 27.08.2024, on the petition filed by the respondent/wife under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act in I.A.No.814 of 2023 in F.C.O.P.No.1915 of 2022. The FCOP No.1915 of 2022 was filed by the petitioner/husband seeking divorce.
2. The learned trial Court has granted monthly maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the wife from the date of order and also directed the husband to pay the monthly maintenance on or before 5th day of every month till the disposal of the main FCOP. The wife claimed maintenance, pendente lite Rs.15,000/- for herself and Rs.10,000/- for her minor child.
3. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner/husband, prays that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn, as the petitioner does not want to press the petition.
4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without any liberty to file petition afresh. The learned trial Court to see that its order be duly complied. No order as to costs.
