While placing on record communication dated 07.01.2026, issued under the signatures of Executive Engineer, Nahan Division, HPPWD, Nahan, learned Additional Advocate General states that notification under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act has been issued by the State vide notification dated 07.01.2026. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as notification dated 07.01.2026, this Court is convinced and satisfied that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that acquisition proceedings initiated in terms of provision contained under Land Acquisition Act are concluded within stipulated period.
