The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 21/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 327/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69 & 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Lohardaga. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a widow lady. Later on, petitioner refused of marry her. 4. It was submitted that parties were in consensual physical relationship since last two and half years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
