The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the payment of Rs.12,69,860/- along with 12% interest to the petitioner in pursuance to the letter dated 13.09.2024 issued by the respondent no.4, within stipulated period." Today counsel appearing for the parties are not in dispute that the entire payment claimed by the petitioner has been duly paid. The petition under the circumstances has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
