THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.C.D.SEKHAR WRIT PETITION NO: 28767 OF 2025 The Court made the following order:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the representation dated 10.08.2025 made by the petitioner. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the cattle belonging to Sri Pranavananda Amrutha Godhamam Trust went missing.
It is further case of the petitioner that on local enquiry the petitioner came to note that the said cattle have been seized by the 3rd respondent and they were shifted to Murari Village for rehabilitation. 3. It is further case of the petitioner that having come to know about the same, he made representation dated 10.08.2025 to the 3rd respondent seeking to release the said cattle. Despite the said representation when there was no action by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed. 4. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that the Municipality did not seize the cattle belonging to the petitioner and appropriate orders to be passed on the representation submitted by him. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the counsel on either side, without going to the merits of the case, this Court feels that it is appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition by directing the 3rd respondent to consider

the representation dated 10.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 6. With the above observations, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
