The petitioner has challenged the aforesaid orders in this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has remedy of filing revision/review against the impugned orders before the Competent Authority which he has not exercised and has straightway instituted this writ petition. This position in law is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 Taking note of objections raised by learned counsel for the respondents and admitted availability of revision/review remedy to the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy available to him against the impugned orders.
