Mr. Ranvir Chauhan, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. The present application under Order 1, Rule 10 (2), read with Section 151 of CPC, has been filed by the applicants for substituting them as party in the present appeal. As per the applicants, deceased respondent No. 10, Ghanshyam, has expired on 24.09.2019 and left behind them as his legal heirs. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of applicant Raj Pal, death certificate of the deceased and legal heirs certificate. No reply to the application is intended to be filed and learned counsel for the non-applicants has no objection in case the present application is allowed. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and applicants, as mentioned in para-2 of the application, are substitued as party respondents in the present appeal, being legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 10, Ghanshyam and shall figure as party respondent No. 10(a) to 10(c) in the array of respondents. ...2...
