1. None appears on behalf of the applicant to press this criminal revision on repeated calls, when the case is called out. 2. Mr. A.D. Kuldeep, learned counsel for the respondent is present. 3. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief:
“It is therefore humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to exercise its revisional jurisdiction and enhance the amount of maintenance awarded by the learned court below in the same terms as prayed in the application under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in the larger interest of justice.”
4. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, due to efflux of time.
Even otherwise CRR No.745 of 2018, filed by the husband, namely, Bhanupratap Sahu has already been dismissed by this Court on merits today itself. 3
5. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stand vacated. 6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court for necessary information and compliance forthwith. Sd/-
