GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 8th respondent in not taking action on the petitioner's representations dated 01.08.2024, 18.09.2024, 28.11.2024, and 11.12.2024. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions submits that the 8th respondent has conducted a preliminary enquiry and there are marital disputes between 2 the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. On account of such disputes, a false allegation is made against the unofficial respondent, and as such, the police have come to a conclusion that there is no truth in the allegations made by the petitioner. 3. Considering the same, a copy of the preliminary report may be furnished to the petitioner. Upon receipt of such report, it is left open for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
