Ajay Yadav and others), arising out of FIR dated 29.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No.128 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Tezi Bazar, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Session Judge, Jaunpur within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
