Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration. 2. On perusal of record, time was granted to the Writ Petitioners on 19.12.2024 and 20.12.2024 for impleading certain parties. Today also, he has made the same request seeking further time, which this Court is not inclined to grant. Even after four weeks, the Writ Petitioners have not evinced any interest in doing the needful. 3. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Writ Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
