By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, submitted that father of petitioner no.1 submitted before the concerned police authorities that he has not taken any step against law in pursuance of solemnization of marriage between petitioners against them and as such, there is no threat to their lives. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of the fact mentioned in the instructions, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
