Learned counsel for the State would submit that he verified from the online portal about status of the case of the trial Court and found that the Criminal Case No. 1627/2024 initiated from the Crime No. 143 of 2024 of Police Station Gurur, District Balod under Section 6 of Public Digitally signed by VEDPRAKASH DEWANGAN 2 Gambling Act has been concluded and as per the status reflected in the portal, the applicant has been acquitted by learned 1st Civil Judge Junior Division, Balod vide its judgment dated 26.10.2024 and the trial of the case has been disposed of. 3. Since no one appears on behalf of the applicant in repeated calls and it is shown that the case before the learned trial Court is disposed of vide order dated 26.10.2024, it appears that nothing survives in this application for further consideration.
