This petition has been filed for the following main reliefs : “A] By a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, or order or directions in the like nature, the impugned communication dated 23-11-2023 (Exhibit H), may kindly be quashed and set aside. B] By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the like nature, respondents may kindly be directed to give all the benefits, including the arrears of salaries to the petitioners in the pay-scale of Rs.4000/- to Rs.6000/- as provided in the Government Resolution dated 27-02-2006. C] By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the like nature, respondents may kindly be directed to pay arrears of difference of salary to 2025:BHC-AUG:26381-DB 1044-wp-288-2024.odt (2) the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months. D] By a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the like nature, respondents may kindly be directed to grant benefit of grade pay of Rs.4200/- as granted by the Hon'ble High Court in the case of Shirish Patil and another.” 4. The issue is no longer res integra. After passing of the order by the Hon'ble Apex Court, this Court in Writ Petition No.1561 of 2024 granted relief to the petitioners therein in terms of the following order : “10. This Writ Petition is allowed, in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). The arrears shall be calculated along with the interest component and the same shall be paid to these Petitioners within 60 days from today.” 5. It is not in dispute that the petitioners have been similarly placed and deserve similar treatment. Hence, the petition stands allowed in terms of the similar order i.e. as follows : ORDER (i) This writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
