V V PURNACHANDRA RAO The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 21.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.17277 of 2023. 2 2. Ms.Krishna Deepthi, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorities have released the amounts and nothing remains for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to pass appropriate orders. 3. On the other hand, Sri Nagaraju Pullagura, learned counsel for respondent No.7-Finance Secretary submitted that the authorities have released the amount and due to budget session meeting, respondent No.7 could not appear as per the direction of this Court. The same is neither willful nor wanton and affidavit has been filed to the said effect. Further, by virtue of complying the directions of this Court, prayed to close the contempt. 3. Perused the record and considered the submissions. 4. As the authorities have paid the amounts and complied with the orders of this Court, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
