Case No. 72 of 2011 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other criminals are said to have committed loot with the informant. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2025 and the name of the petitioner has come during investigation. 5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
