With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at GSSS Giltari, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla. His case is that on completion of normal tenure of posting at the aforesaid station, a representation was 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 preferred by him on 27.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2, seeking transfer, followed by reminder dated 11.12.2025 (Annexure P-3). Petitioner’s grievance is that the said representation and reminder have not been considered and decided by the competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation and reminder of the petitioner dated 27.08.2025 & 11.12.2025 (Annexures P-2 & P-3, respectively) in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
