The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranchi Sadar Narkopi P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2524 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 376 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Shri Kusheshwar Sinku, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class-XX, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. It was submitted that the parties were in physical relationship for about four years. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Kusheshwar Sinku, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class-XX, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Ranchi Sadar Narkopi P.S.
