ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in issuing impugned proceedings dated 19-07- 2018 transferring the petitioners to the places where they have not opted is arbitrary, violative of their own byelaws and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.M.Shalini, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, no further orders are required as the matter has become infructuous.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
