On 30.07.2014, this Court had passed the following interim Order in W.P.M.P.No.24816 of 2014. “The case of the petitioner is that it has applied for allotment of transformer vide application dated 14.05.2014 to the respondents. But, no orders are passed on the same. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 3. The above prayer would indicate that the Writ Petitioner is agitating allotment and installation of transformer at the complex of the Writ Petitioner plot Nos. 1 and 2 in Survey Nos. 352/4, 350/5 and 350/6 of Relangi Village and Gram Panchayat of Iragavaram Mandal of West Godavari District. 4. The nature of the above prayer would indicate that the request of the Writ Petitioner regarding the allotment and installation of the transformer in the complex would not survive till date. 3 5. Since this Writ Petition is of the year 2014, this Court deems it appropriate to close this Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 7.
