The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 453 of 2025(N), for the offences registered under Sections 21(a)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. It was submitted that 3.11 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of small quantity. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S.
