The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 166/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b)(4), 310(4)(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6)/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sri P.N. Upadhyay, learned J.M.F.C., Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 21.09.2024, Chhattarpur police on the basis of confidential information that some persons have assembled beside the road side at Chhattarpur-Japla Road and were making preparation for committing dacoity, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the accused persons including this petitioner. 4. It appears that fire arms were recovered from the co-accused persons while a knife was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about four months. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri P.N.
