The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) : “i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 13/9/2013 (Annexure →P/1) passed by the respondent No.4. ii. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and award him the transportation work in the MARKFED. iii.
