This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 i.e. District Magistrate S.R.N. Bhadohi to decide the claim dated 20.09.2022 of Petitioner under Scheme of State of Uttar Pradesh i.e. Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Yojna. (ii) TO ISSUE a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to provide monitory benefits to the Petitioner as per Scheme of State of Uttar Pradesh within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Sole grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application, filed under the Mukhyamantari Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna which was filed on 20.09.2022, had till date not been decided. 4. Without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the District Magistrate, Sant Ravidas Nagar Bhadohi may decide the application of the petitioner within a period of two months if it has already not been decided. 5.
