Case No. 231 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa. On 15.11.2024, son of the informant namely Rahul Kumar was found murdered near Railway line at Ahirpurwa. The petitioner was assaulted by sharp cutting weapon. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on the basis of confession of this petitioner, the axe which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
