It is seen from Ext.P5 that, the decision to remove the handrails was taken as early as on 30.07.2024 and so far the same has not been implemented. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 also could not offer any explanation for not implementing Ext.P5 order. In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement Ext.P5 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
