The petitioner has filed the present writ petition being aggrieved with the order dated 08.10.2021 passed by respondent No. 1 by which the representation submitted by the petitioner has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing of the petition, the petitioner has preferred representation and in that matter the State has sought opinion from the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission who has his given its opinion. 3. Now the matter is lying with the respondent/State. 4. The State is directed to take final decision within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file afresh petition or take any other recourse available to him under the law, if he is not satisfied with the final outcome of the decision to be taken by the State.
