PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 17.03.2008 passed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Guntur in Crl.A.No.260 of 2003. 2. Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 17.6.2025, learned V Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Guntur, submitted a report stating that the petitioner demised on 23.4.2021 and a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner is also filed. 3. This Criminal Revision Case is filed questioning the orders passed in Crl.A.No.260 of 2003 and so far the respondent/de-facto complainant has also not shown any interest despite lapse of 4 years to implead the legal representatives of the deceased or they have come on record. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as the petitioner died and subsequently no steps have been taken.
